Raul founded Mangutax in 2009 while working in the taxation field, after recognizing a growing need to provide professional tax preparation and business services through both in-office and mobile service models. This approach was designed to give individuals and small businesses the flexibility to receive expert assistance either at a traditional office setting or at a location convenient to them.

Since then, through Mangutax’s in-office and mobile services, Raul has helped working families and small business owners meet their tax and compliance obligations without the burden of rearranging their work schedules or daily responsibilities.

Raul brings years of income tax and compliance experience to every client engagement. He is an IRS Enrolled Agent, authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service; a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) assisting taxpayers with obtaining Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs); and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Notary Public.
